Submit your request through our form and flag it as last-minute. We prioritise urgent requests and typically come back to you within 24 hours with matching sitter profiles. We'd rather be honest about timing than promise something we can't deliver.

Simple: €9 for a one-off booking, €49 for a longer engagement (a holiday, a full week, or regular care). No percentages, no hidden costs — the fee is the same whatever your sitter's hourly rate.

What that fee actually covers: every profile you receive has passed an ID check, an official criminal record check (Bulletin n°3), an in-person interview, verified diplomas and at least three references, and first-aid training. We then hand-pick the sitters who match your request, prepare your paperwork, and stay reachable 7 days a week. Hours of invisible work — so all you have to do is choose.

And since the fee qualifies for the French tax credit, it effectively costs you half.

We do — almost all of it. You won't have to search for anything: we send you an employment contract template already adapted to your booking, a step-by-step guide for declaring hours on Pajemploi, and everything you need to claim your 50% tax credit.
